For Monday, November 22: IN CLASS: Students will peer edit their Rhetorical Analysis essays. Hand out the group packets and they may go to the cafeteria to work on these at tables. PLEASE DO A CLEAN COPY OF THE ESSAY FOR TUESDAY.
For Tuesday, November 23: IN CLASS: Students will peer edit their Synthesis essays. Hand out the group packets and they may go to the cafeteria to work on these at tables. PLEASE DO A CLEAN COPY OF THE ESSAY FOR WEDNESDAY. and read and annotate Chapter 8
For Wednesday, November 24: IN CLASS: Students can read and annotate “Our Do-It-Yourself Economy” (446) and do Qs
For Monday, November 29: Read and Annotate
"I Want a Wife" and "The People in Me" and do the Qs.
Mrs. Carpenter I already did my rhetorical device essay but I didn't finish it in the 40 minutes we were supposed to do it in. Do you want me to finish it? or do you want me to just leave it and then when the final draft is due to just finish it then.
ResponderExcluirSince you will be doing a peer edit on this one, draw a line between the end of what you have and what you continue to write beyond the 40 minutes. Ask your peer editor to give you a grade according to what you wrote in the 40 minutes so that you will have a better idea of where you stand for the AP exam.
